~~~~~AUSSIE STITCHES~~~~~
About Us
Aussie Stitches is a sew and trim operation first established in 2002
in the former Methodist Church building.
Eight former Fairmark employees with the help of Donald Shire
councilors and Graeme Harris approached the creditors of the Fairmark
 company to purchase the machinery and plant that was based in Donald.
The proposal was accepted.
Today Aussie Stitches Pty Ltd has seven partners employing up to fourteen casual workers.
The company is able to produce a variety of school shirts, business shirts, polo shirts,
windcheaters, track pants, corporate wear, as well as producing their own range
of hard-wearing work shirts and polo tops.
All work is done under contract or subcontract.
The only work sold separately is our own brand of work shirts and polos.
All employees are multi-skilled, being able to produce garments at competitive
prices, with a range of, plain sewers, over lockers, buttonhole and
button attaching machines, and cover stitch machine.
